Nope, nothing else needed, the description, color and markings are perfect! :-) This capsule is manufactured by Glenmark Generics and they list it as containing 20mgs of Omeprazole in a delayed release formulation. This is a proton pump inhibitor that's used to reduce the amount of acid produced by the stomach to help treat or prevent conditions, such as GERD, heartburn, ulcers and gastritis. The FDA lists it's typical side effects as possibly including nausea, flatulence and stomach pain. Is there anything else I can help with?

My mother in law gave me some OTC pills to help with my bladder pain. They are a purple capsule with S111 imprinted at one end. Anyone know what they are? ## I haven't been able to find a listing for anything with an S111 imprint, but that is understandable, if it's an over the counter product. Trying to figure out what this pill is from a photo. Doesn't seem to have any markings on it but might be on the other side of the pill, however there are multiple pills in the photo and no markings on any of them. It seems to be a dark blue/purple color on half and the other half is cream tinted white. If you have any idea what this could be please help!! Has anybody seen the blue and purple capsules 30 mg oxycodone from Florida? There is no imprint but they seem to provide proper pain relief. Has anybody else been getting these? ## It is the real thing! A compounding pharmacy makes them special from a doctors prescription. I found a dark purple capsule with s111 printed on one side and cannot find out anywhere what type of medicine it is. Please help. Thank you :) ## The only thing I've found on this is another post from late last year, where someone said they were an over the counter product that they'd been given by their mother-in-law to help with bladder pain. That would also explain why an identification can't be found, since over the counter products are not required to have imprints and, if they do, they aren't required to log them with the FDA. Does anyone else know more about this product? ## It is Uribel 118 MG. I take it for Interstitial Cystitis which comes with intense bladder pain and spasms. It is however, NOT over the counter, RX only.

Purple portion of pill looks almost plastic. Has "L" imprinted on purple half. ## Hi Sonnie, Is this something you got from overseas by chance? Only asking because the closest match I'm finding doesn't quite fit every aspect of your description (although it does share some similar features). What I found is oblong/capsule-shaped with an "L" imprint on a lighter blue half and a "6" on the purple half... there's also a grey stripe/band wrapping around the center of the capsule. This particular pill is identified as a CVS Extra Strength Pain Relief PM Gelcap; containing a combination of Acetaminophen + Diphenhydramine HCL. Off white capsule with the numbers: 93 typed above the #s3109. They're on both halves of the capsule. I think some sort of pain medicine. I have a pink/blue capsule with G232 G on it. I think it is Prilosec, not sure. Everything I have found gives a different color. ## Glenmark Generics lists this capsule as being orange and purple, they say it contains 40mgs of Omeprazole in a time released formulation. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, flatulence, and stomach pain. Colors can be subjective, though. it is a capsule and it's purple and orange ## This is Droxia R or hydroxyurea. It is used to treat the pain of sickle cell anemia...a fatal disease. It is not a narcotic pain medication like you might think. It only works for pain for this specific disease. Do not ingest it unless you have sickle cell! ## Teva Pharmaceuticals lists this tablet as containing 500mgs of Hydroxyurea, it is most commonly used to treat some forms of cancer, such as chronic myeloid leukemia, and certain types of skin cancer. purple on one end and gray on other end capsule with marge sic H on purple side. ## This contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen and 5mgs of Hydrocodone, it is a generic for Vicodin. This is a narcotic pain reliever. ## I also just wanted to clarify for future readers of this post that the marking is actually intended to be Margesic H, the name the company, Marnel uses for this generic.
