TL 519 Tablet

I found this pill laying on my mothers floor and we do not know what it is and so far i have found no answers. the only answers i can find have numbers or letters added to it. there is no break in the pill and it only says TL 519. it is tan and sort of a oblong shape. what is it? ## I can't find any listings for this, either, in any of our U.S. prescription drug resources. That leaves 2 options, it could be something that is available over the counter, or there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication.
