Please help! I've found a hot pink round pill w/ an imprint of B. Nothing else. this is my mothers medication but because I changed pharmacies they are different in shape and this one in particular I cannot place with the new ones ## The size, shape and color actually means nothing, that is entirely up to whatever the manufacturer wants it to look like. Thus, it is very common for the same medication to look different when your pharmacy has that of a different manufacturer in stock.

found in my grandsons pocket. he is known for doing drugs. imprint or letters may have been rubbed off in his pocket. ## The closest match I've seen is a large pink oblong-shaped (though some may refer to it as oval) tablet, containing either 1,000 or 2,000 mcg of Vitamin B12 [cyanocobalamin]...But no matter what it is that we locate on our end, it wont matter unless you can say for sure whether any other imprints/letters were (or weren't) previously apparent on the tablet; otherwise these are just wild guesses. If this can't be determined, then the only truly verifiable method of identification would be to send it to a lab and have them analyze its chemical contents. Found a clear, sealed, plastic bag with four different unidentified pills (no imprints or markings).
