I found this capsule..some one said it was a diet pill but I'm not sure what it is. Can any one tell me for sure what it is? ## Hello, Tank! How are you? Since it has no markings, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication. However, that does leave it open to a lot of over the counter possibilities. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone have any ideas of what this might be?

I found 3 mint green capsules in my house. Looks like one might have been tampered with. There are no markings along with another capsule which is dark blue and bright pink no markings but has been opened and 1/2 of the powder was out of it. Any ideas?? ## Hello, Martha! With no imprint, we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, so it's most likely an over the counter product, of some type, but that leaves it open to many, many possibilities. Where was it found? Some over the counter items are regional, so knowing the general area may help to narrow down where to look. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this?

No markings on either side - What is it? ## I would need more information in order to locate the exact pill you have. Is it scored? capsule? Any more information will help me better in assisting you. ## I found this fairly large, I guess oblong-ish oval shaped pill. The pill is a light peach, has NO markings on the front, but is scored on the back. I can not find ANY answers anywhere! Please Help! Thanks ## Without more specific markings it is most likely an over the counter product. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to verify for sure what it is because only prescription drugs in the USA are required to carry unique inscriptions. For example, this page depicts a round pink tablet, reportedly a Vitamin B12 pill from CVS. But there can also be many other pills with a similar appear...

pink on one end and clear on the other has pink powder inside that makes the other side look a lighter pink ## It could be some kind of hydrocodone or pain relief pill. ## I found a small clear pill with pink on the inside. Is it an anabolic steroid? ## Hello, I hope this message finds you having a wonderful day. Let's start by saying that at least we can rule out the possibility of the pill being a legally regulated drug because one of the FDA requirements is having a legible imprint that they can use to identify the pill. In most cases when people tell me they have found a capsule with no imprint it sounds more like a vitamin or supplement as those are not regulated by the FDA and can come in any shape color and size with no imprint. In fact companies can re brand and change a pil...

I found this in my sons room...his friends mother takes morphine. I need to know if I have a problem. ## I doubt that it is anything to be concerned about, since all manufactured prescription medications in the U.S. are required to have imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. Thus, the greatest probability is that this is an over the counter product. There are quite a few generics for Benadryl, as well as several supplements that meet this description. However, there is also a small chance that it could be a foreign medication, but that is very unlikely. Have you tried just asking him about it? Does he have allergies and take anything for them? Does he any type of medical conditions that may occasionally require an OTC medication?

Please help identify these clear capsules with light pink powder inside. There’s no imprints or details. My friend was given these in a club. ## Hi Jelly, If your friend was given this suspiciously unmarked capsule at a club, odds are likely that it's some type of illicit substance. But in order to find out for certain what it contains, a lab analysis (via GCMS) and/or drug panel kit would probably be your best bet. Unfortunately I don't see any other way to accurately ID something without a marking; especially from an unknown source. Anyone posting an answer can only guesstimate at best. Do you have any other clues, like who gave it to your friend? And if you know them, can you contact them? No to be awkward, but out of concern for your friend's own health and safety.

Capsule pulls apart and inside has small white beads ## Are there any markings on it? That is what would enable it to be identified. If not, then we can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification in case of emergency. Sans markings, it is most likely some type of over the counter product. Does anyone recognize this?

Hot pink capsule ..It says LBS on both ends of it. I have no idea what it is? I can't seem to find anything about it anywhere. ## Did you figure this out? I have one also. It's part of a four pill combo pack that an Asian store sells for gout. The other pills have no markings at all. I'm trying to figure out what it is before trying it.

oval capsule, hot pink,no numbers,no markings ## A Hot Pink Capsule. No Markings ## Greetings, Unfortunately there is no way for me to tell you the contents of the pill without it having a marking. What I can do instead is provide you with some useful information to make a more informed decision on what it might be and how you may want to deal with it. In the U.S. the FDA requires that all controlled medication be identifiable through it's marking/imprint. Since this medication does not have an imprint we know that it isn't a legally controlled substance. Over the counter medication, vitamins, supplements, dietary pills and candies/mints etc. do not have to be marked. This leads to a number of issues with being able to identify this pill but it does let us know that it isn't s...

I found a baggie of unlabeled hot pink capsules with white powder inside. Does anyone know what this could be? ## Hello, Killakev! How are you? Without any markings, it's difficult to determine what they contain, unless you would pay to have them lab tested somewhere. However, we can rule them out as being a U.S. prescription product, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification, in case of emergency. And a wild stab at what they are, but I've seen some Diphenhydramine capsules that meet this description, a generic or store brand of Benadryl. Learn more Diphenhydramine details here. Does anyone else have an idea of what these might be?

I found a pink and yellow capsule at work with no writing and nothing in it trying to identify it. ## Hello, Bc! How are you? Why are you worried about identifying an empty capsule? They are available for sale to pretty much anyone that walks into a store that carries them. Since there are no markings, that rules this out as being a prescription medication, so it might always have been empty. People often buy them to compound their own herbal blends.

I found a capsule with no imprints. One half is light blue and the other half is pink. I don't know what it is. ## If there are no markings, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this is. We can rule out its being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. half inch pink pills with no markings same kind of yellow pill with no markings ## Hi Lise, U.S. law requires that all prescription drugs have unique letters or numbers (sometimes in addition to a logo of some kind) imprinted on the tablets or capsules so the medication can be identified by manufacturer, substance and dosage. That said, it could possibly be a foreign medication, supplement, or an OTC medication since those don't always have imprints. Where exactly did you find these pills? ## I found them in my guest bedroom. Could they be from Mexico.
