It's a blue diamond shaped pill like a Viagra. It says ULTRA on it. It doesn't have any other details. ## I found a similar pill -- shaped like a viagra, put paler blue and the letters ULTRA. This makes me suspect that it's probably something that's available over the counter, I know GNC makes several nutritional supplements that are sold under the Ultra name, so it may be one of those, but I can't be sure. It's just small white round and says 'ultra' on one side and the other side just has a preforated line to break in half Every time I go to Mexico mi suegra gives me all these pills for anything from anti bitoics to allergies etc. I don't know what any of them are for ## Hi, Sarita! Mexico really doesn't have any strict regulatory agency for medications, so they aren't tracked, they aren't required to log imprints anywhere and etc. The best suggestion I can make is that the next time they give them to you, perhaps mark down what they say each is and what it's for….or just dispose of them, after you leave. I was looking at 50mg Tramadol or Ultram and want to verify that the ones I saw pictured are the real thing. There are some that may be coated and can't be broken, because they may cause a lot of stomach damage without the coating…and of course, if a medication is time released, cutting or breaking it could cause you to get too much of the medication at once, which may result in overdose. This is a narcotic pain pill. ## Ah, my apologies, it is not a narcotic. ## No Ben, you were correct the first time. They do classify this as a narcotic now, even though it doesn't work like one and acts like a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory. Since it is derived as an opiate and can result in some cases of dependence or addiction, they have reclassified it as schedule II narcotic.
