Pill With Number 57344

ASPIRIN is on the top, with 325 below it. The numbers 57344 are on the top on the other side. I am assuming it is just aspirin, but I wanted to make sure. It is white, round, and not completely flat. It looks a tad bit coated... like, not as crumbly as some aspirins I have seen. It's relatively smooth. Any ideas?? ## This company tends to use the 57344 on all of their over the counter products, then something else, in this case the Aspirin 325 to denote what it contains, so you are correct, they are a regular dose Aspirin tablet. There is a football-shaped white pill that is getting everybody confused. I would like the pictures of both and an explanation with them please. It has "M2A4-57344" on the pills. Some say it's Tylenol, some say Oxycodone or Hydrocodone with Acetaminophen. white tablet ## Did you intend the second number to be 57344? M2A3 57344 is a generic for Tylenol manufactured by Marlex. It is Acetaminophen 325mgs. It is a round tablet with the M2A3 above a score line, the other numbers below the score line.
