Turns out this is an OTC pill containing 100mgs of Caffeine. You mentioned that there's "something" on the back of the pill though. Is there any way you can elaborate on that a bit? Since these medications effect everyone differently, there is really no way to justify an equivalent dose of Morphine to create the same result as taking Percocet. An equivalent dose for one person could also be an overdose for someone else. Hopefully that makes sense. I found this pill on my brother's floor and am concerned as he has bi-polar and could be self medicating himself. There is a white round tablet with WR on one side, nothing on the other that is 500mgs of Methocarbamol, a generic for Robaxin, which is a muscle relaxant, so that is possibly it. They are in my stool and I don't think they are being absorbed, cut them in half, now appear as almost round. Can I crush , should I stop taking them and take something else. white oblong 377 imprint on one side ## The pill described as white, oval, with 377 stamped on one side is a generic form of Ultram. Tramadol HCL 50 Mg. My pharmacist substituted it for the usual round, white, pill marked with AN 627 on it, and didn't change the pill description on the bottle. Pharmacists in Nevada must be crazy or something. ## Ya. We can rule them out as being U.S. prescription medications, because they are all required to have markings to enable their identification. However, yes, they could be any one of a large number of over the counter products, but there is also a small chance that they could be a foreign medication. Have you tried asking anyone if they lost anything?

My doctor prescribed this pill to me on friday (2 days ago). I am on a comp program for my meds and have been prescribed oxycodone 5mg before like this but different brand. I have a massive toothache and was looking through my old prescriptions for something for pain. I found a bottle that the label is faded from being kept on the windowsill and was wondering what the pills were. They are small, white with a fancy V on one side and blank on the other. Any ideas?
