Right now I have a very painful stiff neck that's been troubling me for a week to date. Is this pill (imprinted s525) good for me to take to possibly relieve this pain? ## Hi Mike, The pill your describing imprinted with S525 is reportedly identified as Acetaminophen (500mg) + Diphenhydramine HCL (25mg). And just to confirm, this is a blue capsule-shaped pill with a National Drug Code of 51824-0017. Acetaminophen (otherwise known as Tylenol) may help a little bit, but Diphenhydramine is an antihistamine used for allergies, so it's pretty much useless for pain in my opinion. Only asking because the closest match I'm finding doesn't quite fit every aspect of your description (although it does share some similar features). What I found is oblong/capsule-shaped with an "L" imprint on a lighter blue half and a "6" on the purple half... there's also a grey stripe/band wrapping around the center of the capsule. It is an oval blue pill with S 1 on one side. Nothing on the other. Need to know what it is ASAP! ## I found the description of a round blue pill made by Sun Pharma that's imprinted with S 1. It's identified as a 1mg Eszopiclone tablet; a nonbenzodiazepine hypnotic agent used for treating insomnia. Unfortunately there aren't any photographs of it online to help verify imprint placement or pill shape ('round' can sometimes be a vague way of saying oval), but hopefully this can at least serve as a reference for further search efforts. the capsule that is dark blue, a stripe of grey, then light blue has l829 imprinted on the dark part of the capsule. capsule contains a greyish unmarked oblong pill ## I can't find a listing for this, but I am sure that's because this ones with the marking of an L followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products, they are sold by many different stores, worldwide, as the store brands or generics of common over the counter items. From the description, this is probably something like Tylenol PM or Advil PM in a rapid release formulation. The pills my mother got today were yellow oblong pills, but sertraline hcl are usually pinkish or blue... These yellow oblong shaped tabets are imprinted with LU on the front and d03 on the back. ## To be honest, the colors actually mean nothing, that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer. That said, she did get the correct pills. LU D03 does contain 100mgs of Sertraline, a generic for Zoloft, an antidepressant that is also used to treat other conditions, such as OCD.
