what is a white oblong pill with the imprint ip 207 on it? ## Hi dale, From what I could gather, a white oblong pill imprinted with IP 207 reportedly contains 7.5mgs of Oxycodone + 325mgs of Acetaminophen, prescribed for moderate to severe pain. I haven't verified the manufacturer, but I believe it may be a company called Amneal Pharma, who is known to manufacturer similar pills with an "IP" imprint followed by a three-digit set of numbers. However, these pills you have marked "IP 272" are regarded as "double-strength tablets". For most infections, I found that the dosing schedule was one double strength tablet (800mg/160mg) every 12 hours for roughly 7-10 days; so if you feel like you're taking too much, I would suggest contacting your doctor about this concern.
