It might help relieve the pain of your tooth ache but it is not an antibiotic and will not help with the infection.

I found a white with red speckels l484 imprint in my sons room. what is this. I know that I have found solid white ones on the internet but none with red speckels. I've found a white oblong pill with rounded ends. It's embossed with "L404" on one side, while the other side is plain. So far, the closest match I've seen is a round white pill imprinted with L434 on one side and scored on the back. [Pseudoephedrine 60mg + Triprolidine 2.5mg]. Upon doing so, did you get the notion at the the "7" was an upside down "L"? Or that the "4"s appeared more accurately? white, oblong, and 4847 numbered ## I think you are looking at the tablet upside down and the imprint is actually L484, which contains 500mgs of Acetaminophen, a store brand or generic for Extra Strength Tylenol. I found a half of a white oval pill scored 84 (the left half is missing) In my teenage sons room. I'd like more info befour I ask him about it. Was looking through my meds for Tylenol for arthritis & back pain (deteriorating spinal column) and found a vial of white oblong pills with L583 on one side. I have a white oblong pill with no score, and has an L434 imprint on one side and nothing on the other side. Could this be a Lortab? ## Based on the pill description, I've located an "oblong" (capsule-shaped) white tablet marked L484, as well as a "round" white pill marked L434. Unfortunately, neither one of these are Lortab (Hydrocodone Bitartrate + Acetaminophen). The L484 tablet contains Acetaminophen 500 mg without any Hydrocodone (NDC 30142-0484). Acetaminophen is a mild pain reliever and fever reducer. While the L434 pill contains Pseudoephedrine (60 mg) + Triprolidine (2.5 mg); which is used to help relieve a common cold, hay fever, and allergies. (NDC 00113-0434). It's generic for Vicodin. The exact doses are: Acetaminophen 325 mg + Hydrocodone 7.5 mg ## NO!
