I found a small yellow round pill with cls 4 or cls 4 (second one is c slash s). Cls on top and 4 on bottom, plain on other side. Does anyone know what this is? I've been searching the internet and even called poison control and they didn't have it listed. Said it might be because its new. ## I may have located a match to your pill, however I cannot view a photo of it, just a description that appears to be similar to yours. The imprint reads "C54" as opposed to "CS4". Because there is no photo I also cannot verify if there is a score line on the pill. It is identified as Tribenzor (amlodipine 5 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg + olmesartan 40 mg); which is used to treat high blood pressure. I refilled my rx for Carvedilol recently. It came in a bubble pack marked RX CARVEDILOL, CARCA-6.25. The pills are pink, round, and flat. One side is scored with Intas, the other side has C5 printed on it. It supposed to be a sunset yellow color, not what I was expecting (I've taken the yellow pills for 2 years). ## Since Carvedilol is a generic medication, it is manufactured by several different companies, and each company's product may look different, be sized differently, depending on the precise formula they use during manufacturing. There is no uniform way they all have to make them look. However, if you received it from a legitimate pharmacy, as a refill, then there is no reason to worry. Have you tried taking it, yet? I was in an awful accident, and my doctor took me off pain med a few months ago. I have had a lot of pain and have been acting like I am healing. However, he took me off pain meds because he is not allowed to keep me on them for over three months. I manage day to day, but I am a single mother to a 9 year old boy. I could really use a pain pill in the morning and when he gets home from school. However, my doctor will not prescribe me anymore pain meds. ## Hello, Boo! How are you? I'm very sorry that you're in pain. If you require pain medications on a long-term ongoing basis, you'll need to see a pain management specialist. small blue pill with large C5 on it ## Pill Image Most Definitely NOT Xanax!
