The exterior is a smooth black. Its a rectangular cupsule type shape. There are no markings, it is solid. Not liquid or gel. 1/2 a inch long and 1/4 in width. The interior is a tanish compressed powder, with a little yellow and white. Smells like something sour, not in an old kinda way. ## @russains123, Being that there's no markings, it may be anyone's best guess as to what it is. However if I were you and had the resources I would probably look into getting the contents analyzed by a lab for 100% verification on the substance's identity. I found some capsules, they are white with grey caps, there are no numbers, letters or markings of any kind. this capsule has no identifying marks ## Hello, Duby! How are you? If there are no markings, then we can rule it out as being a prescription medication, since they are required by law to have markings to enable their identification. The only exception would be something done by a compounding pharmacy, but they use plain capsules. That means that this is most likely an over the counter product. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this capsule?

Hi all, I have just been in some treatment in Serbia and I received some prescription pills but were not told about the content of all of them. I really hope you can help me even though I know it's difficult with foreign pills. 1) Plain black capsules with no inscription 2) Round white pills with the inscription T 100. I need help trying to find out what this pill is... It is a round grayish black pill with no imprint on either side, no markings whatsoever, but when I cut it open it's white inside. If anyone could please help and tell me what it is I would be very appreciative. Thank you.

wi was told it was a vicodin but it has blue spots what dose that mean ## What are the markings on the tablet? Is it UCB 902 or UCB 903? There are VIcodin tablets with these markings. The blue spots don't mean anything, just the way the manufacturer decided to make the tablet. I found a clear capsule with pink,whit,n black beads with no markings or #s.. ## Hello Mel, I've seen a lot of questions regarding clear capsules with colored beads in them and from what other users find is most of the time it's a vitamin/supplement manufactured by performix. I have also heard of prescription medicines from outside the U.S that have similar descriptions but without having an imprint there really is no way for anyone to tell if it is or isn't a medication.

a oblong tablet with p 200 on one side ## I'm sorry, but I am not finding anything listed for an oblong pill with just the marking of P 200, in any of the U.S. prescription drug resources. A white round tablet with PP 200 on it imprinted in black is a tablet called Ryzolt, it contains 200mgs of Tramadol in an extended release formulation. Unfortunately, without any markings, it's likely going to be difficult to determine what these contain with any certainty. Do you have such a store nearby? If so, it may be easiest to go ask them if they recognize them, since the employees are usually familiar with the products they carry. this pill is coated and the letter L is in black on the top... I am not sure it is a prescription drug or over the counter. The pill is 3/8 round and the top and botom are not flat. ## what is it?? did you ever find out ## Is an L the only marking or are there any additional numbers or letters? ## It turned out not be a prescription at all... I found a small bottle of 81 mg aspirin and that was it (why it had an 'L' on it, don't know). Funny how it happened... I saw another of those pills on the floor near the breakfast table and started to search and found the bottle in my husband's pantry where he certain foods stuff that he likes. i found an orange and black pill (capsule) in my son's room with what looks to be a white 'D' on it ## Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases, nor any related possibilities on google. It very likely that it could be a party drug, a fake pill, or possibly manufactured outside of the U.S. depending on who your son obtained the pill from. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. All prescription medications are marked, but the markings have to be unique to each manufacturer, each medication and each dosage of that medication. For instance, a round white tablet with A 101 on one side in black print, with nothing on the other is listed as being a 150mg Budeprion XL tablet, which is a time released formulation of Bupropion. I found a dark purple and black capsule in my boyfriend's drawer. I opened it up and found white power. I tried to look up the capsule online but there are no markings on it. However, I did find an online wholesale site in China that sells the same exact (empty) capsules. My question is, what could the substance that was crushed and put in the capsule be? I found an white oblong shaped pill with absolutely no markings on either side and it tastes sort of sour or bitter when you lick it. found it in my daughters room ? anyone know? ## I can't imagine it is a pharmacy/Dr prescribed medication. All medicines, except vitamins, need a marking to be identified. Unless she got them from overseas pharmacies (black market) sent to her. I have had some xanax come with no markings.
