small green pill with 54 on top and 892 on bottom. anyone know what it is? ## I can't find any information on this pill and I need to know what it is before my man takes them. Please help ## If they have not been prescribed for him, he should not be taking them, even having them is illegal. This is a regulated prescription drug. These pills are Dexamethasone 4mgs, a generic for Decadron. This is a steroid, and the use of these must be regulated and monitored by a doctor.

NB 890 round blue pill. This is in a clinical trial process and only dispursed in a current blind study. ## May I ask how you came to know that this pill even exists? Only wondering because I haven't found any specific details whatsoever on the web. If the pill really still is under clinical trials then the manufacturer probably wont release any information till it's been made clear that the pill is going on the market. Obviously if it doesn't pass trials, there would be little reason for them to announce what it is to the general public. what is this pill equivelant a? ## Well, since it was a generic for Darvocet, which contains 100mgs of Propoxyphene and 650mgs of Acetaminophen, there really isn't much it would be considered equivalent to. It is an extremely mild, opiate narcotic analgesic that was pulled from the market, when it was discovered that the risks it caused of cardiac dangers far outweighed the slight analgesic effects that it provided.
