I am suffering from external piles with acute pain. Doctor prescribed Zerodal P. How many i can take in 24 hrs. and is there any side effects? ## Zerodol-P contains 100mgs of Aceclofenac and 500mgs of Paracetamol, it is used to treat pain and swelling. It may cause side effects, such as: nausea, drowsiness, headache and stomach irritation. The maximum daily dosage of this is 200mgs of the Aceclofenac, which should be divided into two even doses, taken 12 hours apart. Are there any other questions? ## I dont recommend using zerodal for more than 3 days. Unfortunatly i used it for 3 months as i had sevious pains with RH. after 3 months of zerodal got stomach pain and found SGPT cound is more than 100, before using tablet it was <15. Can internal piles prevent full emptying of rectum as this seems to be happening to me every day or two? ## Hello, Lynda! How are you? How do you know it's not fully emptying? What symptoms are you experiencing? Normal piles shouldn't cause that according to the NIH. Are you on any medications? After taking those medicines I will be alright for that time being. Now this year November I faced a accident and was admitted into a hospital.
