Sir I have pile case I met Homeopathic doctor and eating some medicines and drink But my pile has not be cure. they said your problem is first stage and sure cure. But still today I have not confidence and I was fresh bleeding 2 days ago. So please suggest me how to cure my pile and said tablet and cream
