I'm not sure what this pill is its small round peach in color one side says W. The other side says T -21 THE W HOWEVER MAY BE AN M! Pill is round and varies from orange to.peach to light pink its small has no markings on one side has number 21 on the other side with a line through the middle and either the number 6 or a capitol g below the line ## Hi michael, I haven't come across any images to verify the placement of the "21" and "G", but have found several reports implying that this is the imprint on a round pink 25mg Meclizine HCL tablet, used for treating symptoms of motion sickness (i.e. nausea/vomiting/dizziness).
