the queen used it while delivering her eigth child ## Actually, that is a myth. At the time there was a debate going on between doctors who thought it was okay to use pain medication during child birth and those who did not. Thus, the store was told and perpetuated, to try to encourage people to use it and believe it was safe, however, the store was not actually true. That said, whether or not the queen did get any medication is something this site does not know. The thing most commonly used back then did not begin with a C, anyway, it was actually Ether. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## pain med that strat with letter c ## I recently had a migraine headache and the ER doctor gave me a shot of something beginning with "C" or maybe "K'.........any ideas

this pills shape is like a rectangle that has rounded edges. its white. and its name either starts with an o or a b. its a form of a weaker lortab. it was perscribed for my friends back pain, what is the name? ## Are you possibly thinking of Opana? You can learn more Opana details here. However, it's really not weaker than Lortab, it's actually a very potent narcotic. These medications have the potential to be habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation. ## Opana more like oxycontin or dialudid than lortab!!

I've been taking 50mg for about a week but my pain has gotten worse. I went to my dr. today and he told me to start taking 150mg. I take trazadone, gabapentin methocarbomol. I'm afraid to take these but can't sleep without them. Do you think I'd be safe to take them? My last dose of nucynta was at 6pm. I'm not experiencing any effects ## Hello, Sandi! How are you? You should take what your doctor has prescribed for you, unless he has instructed you to stop taking them. It may cause you to experience more drowsiness and dizziness than usual, combined with the higher dose of the Nucynta, so you should be aware of that. As to any warning signs, if it is possible too much, the dizziness and drowsiness with become severe and you may also start experiencing shallow breathin...

I have been taking xarelto for about 2 weeks and started having back pain where I can barely walk. Is this common and what can I do to help relieve this pain. ## Hello, Casey! How are you? Yes, the FDA lists this among the possible Xarelto side effects, along with nausea, dizziness, headache, increased risk of bleeding and easy bruising. Unfortunately, most people have not found there to be any way to alleviate it, or any improvement. Most that have posted about it ended up having to switch medications, so you may want to speak to your doctor. Is there anything else I can help with?

I have always had normal cholesterol but a year ago was diagnosed with a 40 percent blockage of carotid artery. I started taking atorvastatin 20 mg and this past March my new doc raised it to 40 mg. A month ago I started getting joint pain all over. My internist ran blood tests and I was negative for Lyme and RA. However, blood tests showed some indication I have inflammation possibly related to some form of arthritis. I will be seeing a rheumatologist very soon. Could atorvastatin be the cause? ## Hello, Isabel! How are you? I'm sorry that you're in pain. And yes, these statin medications are very well known for causing joint and muscle pain as a side effect. In some cases, it's been so severe that the people had to stop taking the medication. Thus, there's a good chanc...

My wife is on tasigna for over a year now and has gad some moderate heart problems first a slim heart rate 50bpm then latter up to 170bpm. Not on the same day. But also a lot of unexplained pains. Dr says it's not tasigna but only started happening once started on them ## According to the U.S. FDA it can cause those types of symptoms as side effects. She may also experience nausea, dizziness, diarrhea, difficulty moving and loss of voice. How long will she be taking it? Does she take any other medications? ## I would check out all the lawsuits lately, it’s insane the conditions tasigna can cause! I reached out because of my own terrible side effects.
