I am trying to find a doctor in Salem, Oregon who will do a pain contract for pain management for multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, failed back surgery syndrome, brachioplexus neuropathy and palsy, to get my quality of life back. I was on MS Contin 30 mg x 3 and Oxycodone 5 mg for breakthrough. ## Hi, If you're wanting to get on Suboxone call Wellness And Recovery at 503-589-0539 in Salem, Oregon. They're the only clinic licensed to prescribe Suboxone for pain. It's $200 cash every month though. They don't take any insurance. They will give you a receipt that you can turn into your insurance to see if they will reimburse you. The doctors name is Dr. Hellman. Their are lots of reviews of her online, all good.

Does anyone see Dr Huddleston at Pain and Spine Consultants in Nashville, TN? I have not read good reviews. I self discharged from my pain clinic of two years after an RFA went terribly wrong. Will he prescribe medication for spinal stenosis?
