Have no idea what this is found in teenagers room! ## It is Gabapentin 600 mg. It is often prescribed for nerve pain. It is Not an opiate. It is also prescribed for anxiety and insomina among other things. You must have a prescription to obtain it. ## There was also a white round pill with 357 imprint on one side? Any ideas? ## putt , is the pill round or oblong ? If it is white oblong and has M 357 on it, it is Hydrocodone 5 mg/Acetaminophen 500 mg. I wasn't able to find just 357 on a white round tablet. Someone else may have better luck.

Looking on various discussion threads comparing the two, I concluded that neither medication seems to have anymore clout than the other overall.
