When I take the yellow Norco 10-325, I usually wait about 30 minutes till they take affect and most often feel somewhat energized and a bit more relaxed. When I take the P110 10-325 hydrocodone, I feel lethargic and often drowsy and sad. Why is there such a difference? ## Well, there can be some fluctuation in the amount of the active ingredients when go from a name brand, such as Norco, to a generic, like the one with the IP 110 marking. Hydrocodone is a narcotic and you may actually be getting a little more of it in the generic one, so that may be why you feel more lethargic and drowsy when you take it.
