The round light orange pill I got for alprazolam 0.5mg only has a -R on one side and a straight line through the middle on the other. No other #s or letters. Is it alprazolam? ## The 0.5 mg round orange Alprazolam with the stylized (-R) and score line should have some numbers on it as well. I have an orange, round pill with the letters QT on one side and on the other something that looks like a large V or maybe a thick arrow. Can someone tell me exactly what it is? It is a pain pill similar to ultram but stronger and is orange. ## Did you mean Nucynta, which contains the active ingredient Tapentadol? I found a bottle of orange round pills with no imprints letters or numbers please help identify I have the biggest headache and have no other option for relief.... I WAS GIVEN ORANGE PILLS WITH ESP FOR PAIN. NOT SURE WHAT IT IS. CAN'T FIND IT ONLINE SO IS IT OTC PAIN RELIEVER? ## Since it has no numbers, and only letters, and is not listed in the pharmaceutical database I use, I would have to conclude it is either an OTC med or a foreign drug. I do not recommend taking this, since we cannot be sure what it is, if you are suffering a pain condition, see your own doctor. When someone gives you a medication, especially if you don't know what it is and if you have taken it before, you are taking a very dangerous risk. I have found a tablet on the floor in a premises I work and wanted to identify it. The k almost looks like the @ sign; its the same shape, but its a k where the a would be. The tablet is a light colour orange. ## It's an orange round pill/tablet with a K on the front nothing on the back. The upper right arm of the K is shaped like an arrow. ## I have called poison control to find out what a pill was before. All they ask is your zip & name & of course you don't have to use your own. I found a small pink/peach colored pill with the Letter L engraved in it. The L is not black but is the same color as the rest of the pill. ## If the L was in black print it would've been an 81 mg aspirin. However, the next closest match I could find is represented in "this image". I'm wondering if the "L" could've been a simple misinterpretation of what looks like an anchor, since the line extends outward on both sides of the logo "_|_".
