I found an oblong pill with the imprint 51 on it. It's kind of like the marroonish color of an advil..I have done a Google search and can't seem to find any info. If anyone knows what this pill could be please let me know. Thank you. ## I've had several people ask about this tablet and I still can't find anything definitive on it. Thus, I am wondering if it may be something that is available over the counter, such medications are usually not listed in the FDA or NIH databases. The closest I've been able to find, so far, has P 51 on it and is a red gel cap that contains Decussate, which is used as a laxative and stool softener. It's typical side effects may include nausea, dizziness, bloating, abdominal cramping and diarrhea. Does anyone else recognize this pill? ...

white oval imprint 516 ## probably a generic. i found these pills in a bottle labeled tramadol but i know that that is probably not what they are. ## If it is a white oval with only the marking 516, then it is 10mgs of Zolpidem, a generic for Ambien. Round white tablet with M512 on one side and nothing on the other side. Supposedly for migraines but not like anything I have ever taken before. ## It is supposed to be a prescription tablet? Is it from the U.S. or elsewhere? Is the M by itself or in a box? I cannot find this listed in any of our prescription drug resources. I do, however, know that there is a Percocet tablet, that contains 5mgs of Oxycodone and 325mgs of Acetaminophen that has a 512 on it and there have been some reports that some were also made with an M on them. I cannot confirm this as being true, though.

It's the size of an oc, with a slightly yellow coating and white inside, tablet, only marking I can see is either an s1 or 51, POSSIBLY 31 but I don't think that's it.
