I have a white oblong pill with the imprint G254. Any idea on what this could be? ## There is mixed speculation as to what this can be. I've searched around and have seen posts questioning whether it's a Lortab, or even Acetaminophen (generic Tylenol). So far there has not been a definite ID, so that leads me to guess that it is either a foreign medication or an over the counter product. Can you provide more details about what country or manufacturer this came from?
