How many should I take at a time? I have a script for my head aches. I used to be addicted to muscle relaxers ( I don't any more and as an out come I'm now on Methadone) so I think I may have a higher tolerance and I used to take four - five T3's at a time. Rx on bottle says Tramadol 50mg, but it does not look like any Tramadol I've had in the past. I'm used to round pills, and this came in a different shape.
