I have found a white oblong pill that has v upside down with a p in the center of it with the numbers 150 ## Hi Jc, I'm having difficulty locating the pill you are describing in any of the prescription drug databases. I did however find another thread on this site that may have the answer to what you're looking for: If this doesn't appear to be a match to your pill then I would recommend taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Pill is oblong and white, says Pfizer and one side, and the other side the number 100 in inscribe above the number 150 ## Let me make sure I'm understanding correctly, the marking is Pfizer on one side with 150 over 100 on the other? It is manufactured by Upsher Smith. NDC code: 0245-0155 The FDA warns that it may cause nausea, and constipation, due to its potency. Red, I couldn't find anything that matches that description. The pill is oblong and white with 86 on one side and 15 on the other side. Was told it was a muscle relaxer. ## Can you please double check the marking? I haven't found anything with that marking in our U.S. prescription drug resources. However, I found one that is close, it actually has a 93 on one side, which could be misunderstood if you were looking at it upside down and a 15 on the other, it contains 500mgs of the active ingredient Nabumetone, which is used to treat pain and inflammation. I just refilled my monthly meds for 15 mg oxycodone hcl. Been on this medication since 2002. I'm a kidney patient and cannot take aspirin, acetaminophen, ibuprofen, or muscle relaxers due to very low kidney function. This new white oblong tablet is scored on one side with initials R H and other side says "15". These are not working for my pain.
