It's not very hurts but if I do some works and if I do not lie down myself and get rest after 2 hours approximately, it will be really hurts. sometimes the pain spread to my right leg. I did see doctor several times and they always thought I were only lack of rest.. It has been almost 3 years I suffered the pain. the doctor gave me neurobine(as labelled) and painkiller.....

Is Mecobalamin has 500mcg of vitamin B12, whereas Neurobine has only 0.2mg. What is the difference between mcg and mg? Please advise. ## The 500mcg dosage would come out to be 0.5mg, so there is a larger dose in the Mecobalamin. Some of these higher dose ones have been known to cause nausea in some people. Is there anything else I can help with?

What is the difference between these two vitamin supplement? The doctor 1st prescribe mecobalamin for my condition but now give me nuerobine.
