It is supposed to be a headache medicine from Mexico. Can anyone tell me what it is? Found this and can't figure out what it is please help it has 670 on one side and on the other side a symbol that looks like a combination possibly of an L and a C it's round and white. ## I haven't been able to find anything that matches this description in the prescription drug databases that I checked. Round while pill split on one side TEC on other ## Hi kerry, Unfortunately, after trying several searches I haven't been able to locate a match in any of the U.S. prescription drug databases. Odds are that it could be either manufactured outside of the U.S. or that it is an over the counter medication, as OTC meds aren't required to be listed in the drug databases. If you're able to, I would consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy and having it analyzed by their team to see if they can come up with anything. Also double check the marking if you think there's more to it than what you stated. Did you obtain this pill off the street by chance?

white round with 44on top and 160 on bottom ## Pills marked with a 44 are all Over the Counter drugs manufactured by LNK International. They only do OTC meds that are sold by various stores as their store brand or generics. This is one is called Aspir-Mox, it contains 325mgs of Aspirin, with aluminum. It is a generic for Bufferin or Ecotrin.

i found a round white pill with the imprint MEX on top and under it 128 someone said its a percocet 5mg. I've never heard of or seen this pill before ## I've tried searching for this several times since I first saw your post, but I've had no luck finding anything, either in prescription drug databases or just general Google searching. I'm on percocet and diluadid after my 4th lumbar surgery. A family member forever asking for them. I knew how many I had before and after they left. Honestly I didn't see who took it so since they want to steal and leave me in pain I want to catch them and pay back. I ordered myself a locked pill container so can't happen again but really I want to fill my box I use with something OTC. My percocet is big yellow and round. I have found several white, thicker pills with the markings of L430 could be an OTC drug or generic. The pills were not in a bottle and are blank on the back ## You are correct, tablets marked with an L, followed by 3 additional numbers are over the counter products. I found a off white/biege tablet in floor. On one side its got like an A with Rx symbol (like the medicine cup thing) with letter TE below. Found 5 mm round gray (reminding a concrete) unmarked pills in a small brown capsule. When I break a pill it looks like a mixture of gray an white. Found these pills and im curious as to what they are. ## We've had some pills with the AARP marking come up before, but have never found positive identifications for them. The reason for this is because they are all over the counter products. It seems that at some point, the AARP was selling some supplement products to its members are discount prices and, since they are over the counter products, the imprints do not have to be listed with the FDA. What is this round white pill marked with GPI A325, and blank on the other side? Is it a form of Tylenol or Oxycodone and is it hard on the stomach? ## It's 325 mg Acetaminophen. It's supplied by Akyma Pharmaceuticals. It can be purchased over the counter (OTC). It's not necessarily hard on the stomach but, like all acetaminophen, can be hard on the liver if taken too much/often. ## Amneal Pharmaceuticals also list this tablet as containing 325mgs of Acetaminophen, it is a generic for Tylenol, and is available over the counter.
