Can I safely take two a night ## Hello, Hank! How are you? Mylan lists this capsule as containing 15mgs of Temazepam, which is a benzodiazepine that's most commonly used to treat insomnia. The FDA warns that it carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability. However, generics are allowed to differ from the name brand, in their Bioequivelence, by as much as plus or minus 20%, so that gives them a leeway of 40% to screw them up.
