My BP is low mostly 90/60 and I take hard getting my sleep at night so most of the time I got my sleep very late. But if I take Propan Buclizine HCI multivitamins and minerals, I have a good sleep at night and good appetite but I feel asleep always at daytime. I've been taking MT (for sinus tachycardia) 25mg twice a day for a month now and I've been feeling weak some days. I was told that vitamins can help me get my energy back. With that said, is it safe to do so? The vits contain Calcium 100mg, Magnesium 100mg & Potassium 15mg. ## There are no problems listed between using the vitamins with the Metoprolol, but you should check with your doctor first.
