it is called PMS-Methylphenidate. AKA Ritalin. DO NOT use as an aspirin, nor give to someone who never had this before. It is somewhat of a strong dosage, 20mg ## Since it is not Aspirin, it would not be effective for pain, fever or headache. Methylphenidate is a stimulant used to treat conditions such as ADHD or Narcolepsy. Side effects may include: nausea, headache, anorexia and insomnia. I can't find the pill I was given in place of my reg. Amphetamine salt & was wondering if I was given something different? Its supposed to be a generic adderall 20mg tblt & is round, orange w/what looks like an E w/411 below it and a cross on the other side.??? ## I believed what you're looking at is E 401 and yes, it does contain 20mgs of mixed Amphetamine salts and is a generic for Adderall. for adhd ## Could you please explain some of the effects of this medicine, short and long term? NMy son was just prescribed this for impulsive hyperactivity. He is only 4. I have not wanted to put him on meds, but I have to know. He is getting worse and he even got kicked out of school. However, the info packet with the meds states not recommended for children under 7. I also want him to be able to go into any government service if he would like and from what I hear, you can not enlist if you are on ritalin or have ever been on it. Being that this is a remake so-to-speak, would he be able to enlist? ## Sorry, you would be best served if you asked your doctor or pharmacist that type of information.

White pill with MP 20 on one side and 123 on the other side? what is it? ## I can't find this specific marking listed in our U.S. prescription drug resources. It could be something available over the counter or a foreign medication. Was it found in the U.S. or elsewhere? ## recently purchased and exact pill from a friend and have trouble finding it on the web. Was told it was Ritalin. Needed for studying and such. ## My brother takes them persrcibed by the doctor they are infact Rilalin 20s. Mpathia in RI: I have read so many things and there is definitely something going on behind the scenes. Yes, ALL of you should read the new regulations, because the next time you have an appt. with your PCP or even pain centers ( they are a joke nyway... In RI, "pain Management is considered as Cortisone shots & maybe Lidocaine, etc. These meds become ineffective over time & can cause irepairable damage. What is the alternative? According to the guidelines all people on pain killers are addicts. I am not going to dispute that, however, there is no other options you can take. Tylenol is about all you will get.
