It's a large oblong white pill with 180 on one side and B on the other ## IP 132 on one side, 600 on the other ## The tablet with the B 180 marking is manufactured by Biovail Pharmaceuticals and they state that it is a 180mg Cardizem LA tablet, which contains the active ingredient Diltiazem. It is most commonly used to treat high blood pressure, and certain cardiac conditions. The FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness, increased urination, headache, and hypotension. 400 mgm tab 180 ## You can find ibuprofen 400 mg tabs for around $40 dollars for 200 of them. I don't know if it will be the generic or possibly Motrin. But it's best to check at your local Walgreens, CVS, or other drug store. I'm pretty certain even stores like Walmart sell Ibuprofen for cheap. Hi everyone, I am a 55 yr old woman who was diagnosed 2 months ago with severe osteoarthritis in hands , neck and spine and left hip! I also found out I now have Fibromyalgia 16 of the 18 trigger point areas?? and am finally ( thank you God) in remission from 7 years of treatment for Leukemia .... I have 2 broken ribs from tripping n falling at home and a rotater cuff injury ( still don't know how got that one)! and lastly Dr said I have bursitis in my left hip! I do NOT abuse any drugs whatsoever and am currently on drug for my arthritis called Nabumetone for inflammation and up to 8 Motrin per day for pain as well as and Celebrex! I'm having a hard time finding a doctor that will prescribe oxycodone 30mg in New Jersey. I have already had 2 back surgeries as well as numerous IV's and still with no relief. I have degenerative disc disease, 3 herniated discs and one completely gone. I'm in constant pain and nothing helps. I was seeing a doctor that was prescribing 90-180 oxycodone 30mg for almost a year until one day he up and closed his practice with no notice. I have always taken my medication AS PRESCRIBED but still no doctor will prescribe anything stronger then 800mg Motrin or just want me to have more surgery.
