It is just a multivitamin supplement, so the only way it will actually increase weight is if someone is underweight due to a lack of one of the vital nutrients it contains. The FDA warns that the typical side effects of vitamins usually include nausea and insomnia, in some people that take them. Is there anything else I can help with?

As far as cycling goes, you don't need to cycle vitamins or amino acids. You can actually get more amino acids and vitamins from a few pieces of fruit than you would if you took this supplement.
