I had a script written in mexico after i had my wisdom tooth pulled, I can't figure out what was in it besides 200mg of ibuprofen but there was 325mg of another drug. The pill was white and oblong with 'S1' on one side of the pill the other blank. It was perscribed to take one every 8 to 12 hours for pain. I'm just curious to know what it was and what else was in it.

We got a bottle in Mexico in 2007 and it is still working really good, in fact hubby took one today and an hour later, diarhea was gone. I have shared with family and friends and so far, no one has had any problems. Such a tiny little pill but works so good. ## Dipera contains the active ingredient Loperamide, which is used to treat, or prevent diarrhea. This ex 20 is oxycotin 20 Mg made for Mexico generic for OC 20. ## I can also confirm that a round pink tablet imprinted EX on one side and 20 on the other side is a 20 mg OxyContin tablet made for export to Mexico prior to 2002. I hear that in Mexico they put EX on it and not OC. Does anyone here like this one in comparison to some of the US brands?
