I had a script written in mexico after i had my wisdom tooth pulled, I can't figure out what was in it besides 200mg of ibuprofen but there was 325mg of another drug. The pill was white and oblong with 'S1' on one side of the pill the other blank. It was perscribed to take one every 8 to 12 hours for pain.
