Doctor advised one cap daily for one month for hearing weakness/heaviness of my both ears. ## I found a description from the manufacturer Hindustan Laboratories which says that it contains the active ingredients Mecobalamine 0.5 mg (also known as Methylcobalamin, a form of Vitamin B12), and Alpha Lipoic Acid 100 mg [1]. So this is a dietary supplement which may help to reduce inflammation. I would like to know "All 9" tablet for what reason. Its been prescribed to my pregnant wife ## I am pregnant and my doctor prescribed it for me also... she said i do have to take folic acid... but the content doesn't show folic acid in it.... i am confused..... ## All 9 has L Methyl folate, which is active form of Folic acid. I get occassional upper backache and sometimes stiffness in neck.
