I have found a blue rectangle shape tablet in my room mate's doorway with the inscription OMJ 100 on it. Any ideas as to what this is? ## What you have described is a Nucynta extended release 100 mg. what kind of pill is this ## I was only able to locate that it could be Roxycontin 100 mg. I was not able to find a picture of this pill, so I am not 100% sure. Does anyone else know? Please post back with any information if you do. ## That pill is indeed Roxycontin 100 mg, a foreign formulation of oxycodone. ## could be a fake -- or overseas using fentanyl in small amounts as filler to give similar results .. or just chalk ... no manufacture in any country makes a pill in this ecxact formulation unless its underground ... its definitely not from usa canada or most of uk ... possibly india or mexico if it is anything real ....

It's hard to know for sure, but I believe the V is the logo for Qualitest pharmaceuticals. This pill could be anything from a narcotic for pain to a benzodiazepine for anxiety. It could also be a medication manufactured outside the United States, or possibly an over the counter product, but it has been difficult to verify 100%. I work in a school and found three blue coated triangle pills scored on one side 100 and UGR on the other packaged in a small plastic baggie that you would typically find $20 worth of marijuana in. It's a fake Viagra. I have some. Everyone chill. It's a large oval blue pill marked with ert. They advertise them on AM radio for men with ED. ## Hey Rick, thanks for your feedback on this. For other readers here, my investigation leads me to believe that this is a product of India that goes by the name Eriacta (sildenafil) 100mg. However, their version is reportedly square and not oval - but otherwise fits this description. From what I can tell, most blue viagra tablets are triangular in shape and can easily be identified with a quick google search. So I would caution against anything that doesn't appear to be similar to that depiction.

This isn't listed in the U.S. prescription drug databases, however, there is a foreign tablet matching this description that is claimed to be a generic of Viagra.
