I take motrin 800 mg, a co-worker gave me a white oblong pill that has the number 391 on it. She said it works like motrin. I found a white oblong pill imprinted with bh on one side and blank on the other side, what is it? ## Hi Alexi, I haven't found an exact match to your pill, but I did come across a couple other pills with a very similar marking that could possibly be related. These pills had imprints of "BH 8" and "B8"; each of them being identified as Betahistine (an antivertigo drug). Their markings make me wonder if they could even be from the same manufacturer. Difference in the pink oblong5114 and white oblong 5113? propo-n/apap tab 100/650 ## Based on my research I haven't found any differences between these two pills. The possible reason why they are different colors is most likely because they are manufactured/distributed by two companies. The pink pill can come from Qualitest Pharmaceuticals or by Vintage Pharmaceuticals and the white pill is only stated to be by Vintage Pharmaceuticals. This could be a CVS or Walgreen pill, perhaps antacid?? ## The closest match I found has the same imprint, but is round and not elongated as you mentioned. Since no other results come close in the prescription drug databases, I'm thinking you are right in that this is an over-the-counter medication. I would probably consider taking the pill over to your local pharmacy to have them check it out, as over-the-counter meds usually don't show up in the prescription drug databases for identification, and aren't required to show up either.
