I just found four of these pills hidden in my childs room. He says it is for allergies and his friend left them. It is a little yellow and white capsule with 041 on the white half and ethex on the yellow half. Can someone please help me quickly and tell me what it is. 1st - oblong oval white pill has IP 137 on one side and 800 on back. 2nd - small light yellow round pill with M 89 on it. 3rd - small white round pill with AN 627 on it. 4th - small white and yellow capsule with ETHEX on yellow part and 041 on white part. ## IP 137 This is Ibuprofen 800mgs, a generic for Motrin. M89 is Meloxicam 15mgs, a generic for Mobic. These are both nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories. AN627 is Tramadol 50mgs, a generic for Ultram. This is derived from an opiate, so it is classified as a narcotic, but it does not carry the side effects of a narcotic and acts as an anti-inflammatory in the body. ETHEX041 This is Oxycodone IR 5mgs, a generic for Roxifast. This is a narcotic pain reliever. ## little small round white pill with looks like 458 on it

Need to find a similar pill to a 8mg subutex with imprint. 54 411 ## Unfortunately there aren't any pills with the same imprint and/or color, since this is what makes these 8mg Subutex tablets unique amongst other pills on the market. I don't know why anyone would even need a fake replacement for it, but I hope for whoever's sake that it's for the right reasons. The closest match I was able to find is a white round pill marked "54 755", however this also happens to be generic Subutex. small white capsule ## found an old bottle that said klonopin on it and it contained white capsules with red lettering for the imprint of 0665 4160. Could you tell me what country this med is being used / obtained? For all U.S. meds, it is easy to identify them based on the pill imprint. I'm from Savannah, GA and cannot find a pharmacy that has the 54 411 subutex. I had one pharmacy but the past few times I've been there they have been out. I can only do the big white ones, (but prefer the 54 411's), not the little ones. Does anyone know what pharmacies have them around here? Thanks. ## Unfortunately, there is no way to know which pharmacy carries any given product from any manufacturer, since it can vary depending on who was offering the cheapest price through their distributor, at the time they needed to restock their supply. The little subutex with the arrow do not work as well as the 54-411 big round white ones they are the best. I have taken subutex for a long time now if you ever come across the orange subutex shaped like a football they are garbage. I don't know what it is but they do not work I can take one 54411 and be good for the day. If it's the orange football ones or the small white arrow ones I can take three of those and still feel like carp at the end of the day.. ## hi I took the moon ones then they moved me to 54 411 they seem so strong should I just lower it down ? If it is ETH is made by Ethex pharmaceuticals and to be sure what it contains, you will need to post back and provide the complete imprint that is on the tablet. That is the only way to identify the ingredients. There is also no such things as Roxicontin, the correct names would be Oxycontin, which contains Oxycodone in a time released formulation or Roxicodone, which contains Oxycodone in a regular release formulation. The said, Ethex does make several of these, if it has the numbers 446 on it, with the ETH, it contains 30mgs of the regular release.
