My pulse rate is 60 at night I am afraid it is going to drop too low. Is this possible ? Is 60 too low ? Prestodol -- this is a prescription drug I got in Mexico after dental work. It is made by Rayera (the logo is a capital R in a square circle). And under Prestodol it reads Clonixinato de Lisina. I am wondering if this is an antibiotic as that is what the dentist wanted me to take for the removal of a tooth. I live a long way from Mexico and can't go back to check. If you could help, I'd really appreciate it. ## According to spanish Wikipedia, Clonixinato de lisina is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which is used for pain relief [1]. Available in doses of either 125 or 250 mg. It did not say anything about it being an antibiotic. Sounds like the dentist simply gave you these to help with pain. I started with 100 mg twice per day of labetalol HCl. I immediately became so dry that I couldn't talk without a bottle of water. My doctor cut dosage in half and added Benicar to the cocktail. I had an allergic reaction to benicar. It was replaced with 40 mgs. of lisinapril. Not strong enough. Need any suggestions. ## Hello, Belle! How are you? The dry mouth from the Labetalol will usually wear off after a month or so, once your body gets used to the medication. It annoyed me, at first, too. However, having been on it for awhile now, it is no longer a problem, at all. So, if it was helping your blood pressure, then you might want to go back to a higher dose of it and just wait it out for awhile. Can this drug cause hazy vision outdoors. ? ## It can cause sun sensitivity in many ways, you should speak to your doctor or pharmacist to rule out other problems though. ## linsinapril makes your hair fall out i was on it for over 3 yrs and was going bald, i had my doctor take me off of it and she put me on verapamil 120mg . after about of month of being off the lisinapril my hair started growing back and i felt alot better.

My Dr. took me off lisinopril-hctz because of headaches and body weakness. I felt better with the losartan 50mg but my blood pressure shot up to 200/100. Would the losartan work in a combo with lisinopril-hctz; possibly taking the losartan in the evening? ## Do not mix meds. Pharmacist told me that. I was taken off Lisinopril and switched to Losartan 50 mg a day. Blood pressure does not stay regular. I get dizzy. I hate bp meds. I hope we get this straightened out.
