That said, it's not addictive like a narcotic or something would be, so you wouldn't suffer those severe types of withdrawal symptoms that can include nausea, dizziness, headache and diarrhea. The problem with this type of medication is that a sudden withdrawal may actually cause your cholesterol levels to rise to dangerous levels. If you've been taking it for awhile, this happens because your body basically forgets how to balance them without the assist of the medication. Is your doctor aware that you're stopping it? My Cholesterol was 251 / LDL190 / Triglycerides 116/ HDL 37 & VLDL 23. 10 days after that I reduced my weight by 3 KG and my Dr. advised me to take Lipicure 10mg. For how long do I have to continue this medicine? As of August 2016 my Cholesterol level was 179. ## You should take it as long as your doctor deems it appropriate for you to do so. Do atorvastatin calcium tablets cause breathlessness and heavy breathing if the tablet is taken after a meal, particularly when one is walking after having eaten and taken the tablet? If so, what does it mean? ## From my records I did not find anything stating that atorvastatin causes breathlessness or heavy breathing. If so, it doesn't really change the side effects that I listed in my previous post, but it can make you experience a lot more of them and in much worse severity. I am 40 years old female. I am taking nitrocontin 6.4, Ranozex 500 mg and lipicure 40mg after angioplasty for 90-95% blockage in all the three arteries for last one month. I am having constipation and severe hair loss almost baldness. I also am experiencing blurred vision.May I know are these the side effects of these medicines. I am a Tanzanian and went for treatment to Narayana Hospital in Bengaluru and I am Back home now. I was diagonised blockage 70% and 2 stents were inserted, the medication prescirbed as follows Nitrocontin 6.4 i tab twice a day, Lipicure 40 once a day, Starcad B-25 once a day and Brilinta 90mg 1 tab twicw a day.I am a diabetic. I had open heart surgery in 2006 and taking Carca 6.25 morning & Night, Clavix As75 afternoon and Lipicure-20 mg, Cardace 10 mg in the night. Now I am given TAZLOC -40. Hi.....Doctor, My doctor advised to take daily a tablet Nefrosave, since I am a patient of DM type 2 & HTN for the last 9 years ...my blood uric acid,creatinine,urea nitragen, lipid profile all normal in range but HTN sometimes 160/85 go & my HbA1C is 8.5. However, you should be made aware that some side effects may persist for the rest of your life, such as headaches and joint pain. What other medications do you take? Some of them may be contributing to the problem. ## I am presently on Cardace 2.5 mg + Cardivas 6.25 + HCQS 200 + Dytor 10 + Lipicure 20 + Ecosprin 75 along with meds for Diabetes. I also take a supplement called One a Day and Folic Acid.

My mother has gone through angioplasty process in January, doctor prescribed Clopilet 150 mg tablet along with Lipicure 10 mg. My mother is suffering with constipation now, we have also observed that she suffers with chest and body pain after taking Clopilet at 9 PM. I would really appreciate your solutions to this problem.
