Large Oval Orange Pill

I found a bag of these pills at my apartment complex and was wondering if anyone knew what they are. No writing on the pill, just a line down the middle of it. ## Sorry, but if there are no markings, it is impossibly to positively identify it, other than to say they are not US prescription medications, as by law, they are all required to have an imprint on them. The line sounds like a score, to enable you to break or cut the tablet in half. They could be any one of a number of over the counter products that match this description or a foreign medication. I found an orange/peach pill with an S a diagonal line and an X on one side and nothing on the other. Its fairly large and is kinda rectangular with rounded edges and flat sides. I have googled it and searched on many pill identifiers and have gotten nowhere! Does anyone know what this is?

found a orange oblong pill in my sons room with a C split 3 on one side and a C on the other curious to what it is or anything i should worry about if any one could help would be really appricated thanks . ## I haven't found a lot of information to confirm my finding, but others from Canada have stated that a fairly large orange oval shaped pill imprinted with "U|2" on one side and "C" on the other, is identified as a Centrum Forte multivitamin. i am trying to find out if these are painkillers they are orange oval and have printed on them188 ## The pill is a large oblong shaped pill with a peachy-orange color. It has a capital letter G188 imprinted on the top. It's a large pill, but not as large as a vitamin. It also has a grainy texture and not smooth. ## This is an over the counter fiber supplement containing Methylcellulose, used to increase ones fiber intake and alleviate constipation. What is this? 511 3620 400, larger oval. Peach colored. ## Hello, Barley! How are you? Does the tablet have all of these numbers on it? I'm not finding a listing for anything that matches this description and having that many on it seems somewhat odd. I'll keep looking and post back, when I have information for you. Does anyone else recognize this tablet?

I found what would appear to be an identical match, other than the number being "1" instead of "4": "A large, orange, oval/oblong, bi-convex, scored tablet marked EC1 on one side and W on the other is a multi-vitamin." There's not much more info than that in regards to supporting evidence, but this is the only thing that I can find based on your description. I hope this helps!

Found a cardboard package under 13-year-old's bed with three different colored series of pills packaged in it that you push through. The only thing written on them is the dosage (10 mg/20 mg/40 mg). The pill is orange in colour and is the size of a panamax paracetamole tablet aprox 6mm round. One side has a large G the other has a split in the middle one side has MR the other 30 what is this pill ## I think I have the same pill it is kind of oval like right? If we take foreign medications into the picture, that adds a ton more. It wouldn't be practical to try to post pictures of all of them. It is actually the markings on a tablet that tell what it is, if it is a U.S. prescription medication. Are there any markings on this one or just the score line? ## The pill is almost an inch long,oblong..oval shaped...with a score on one side and the word...SQUARE... on the other side..............

I have these light orange round edged pills with a large rounded A on back and on the front there is the numbers, 1 on the left side of the split and an 8 on the right side, help identifying would be appreciated.

What is this pill? It's large, oval or maybe oblong in shape, "S" on one side, and "P" and "N" on other side with a score line down the middle. Kind of bright orange color. And there aren't any numbers on it at all.
