I have never had Kratom before, but plan to go to the Kava bar for New Years. Will it hurt me since I’ve been taking Contrave for six days now? ## I wouldn't take any chances. ## Kratom is in the Coffee Familiy, and has been used for CENTURIES by indigenous Peoples. It tastes bad, but NO ONE has over overdosed, or died from it. The stuff sold in head shops is usually garbage. I tried a couple of different strains, and it litterally did nothing to me. My Brother-in-Law is an exercise freak, and He swears by Kratom. ## My friend has advised me to try Kava, so I'm currently looking for a good place for it. Any recs, guys? ## Hey there. It's cool that your friend put you onto Kava. It's a pretty chill way to unwind after a long day. I've tried it a few times myself...

I was once prescribed something to my panic attic, it was very strong. Non narcotic, got off xanex, tryed bus bar 15 mg 2 times a day. Now I'm trying to fig out the other non narcotic anxiety/ pain ## Have you tried looking into any natural alternatives, such as Essential Oils or various herbs? Kava Kava seems to be a solid option for panic attacks/anxiety: "This is one of the most popular choices for the treatment of anxiety and insomnia. It is a powerful herb from the South Seas. Used as an alternative to Valium, research studies have found it reduces anxiety equivalently. The advantage is that there are no addictive side effects with the Kava Kava. Bear in mind, Kava Kava WILL knock you out. It acts as a sedative so don’t take it if you need to stay alert f...

Anyone in Denver area that can help with pain!!??? ## Hello, I'm not sure what kind of help you are seeking exactly, so I thought I'd throw out a couple suggestions for homeopathic pain remedies. My first suggestion is to try essential oils, there are different oils that can be used for pain relief and to relieve stress, tension, and stomach issues. Grade A essential oils are the best because they are completely pure and are normally made from organically grown plants which are distilled using steam distillation at a specific temperature. Some herbs/oils that can be used for chronic pain are kava kava, betony, and rosemary. Rosemary’s strong analgesic qualities make it very beneficial when used as massage oil for muscle aches and/or headaches. Oregano, thyme, ginger, vetiv...
