Doctor has presribed me Glimmer 2 mg tablet before breakfast & he has stopped Daonil I used to take before breakfast & before dinner. I also take two tablets of glucomet 500, one after breakfast & one after dinner. I also take 2 tablets of Glucobay 25 after lunch & 1 after dinner. Since these are also anti-diabetic tablets, do they interfere with each other. I also take other medicines like warfarin & Levera 500.

I have been taking Glimisave M2 early morning ,almost one year now. With breakfast ,Lunch and evening some time snacks , My sugar level is Between 90-100 mg/l whole day , No medicines in evening / night ,with dinner My sugar level ( fasting) is between 130-150 mg/l . If diagnosed as diabetic out of 24 hrs a day minimum how many hours sugar level should be controlled by taking medicines.

I usually have my prescriptions filled at Walgreens but recently switched to express scripts. I have noticed that the numbers on my pills have changed from:Oval BLUE TABLET SIDE 1: AHI 4 to OVAL BLUE Tablet Marking: RDY/3 22. Does this mean the express script Glimepiride isn’t as good/or will have a different effect on me? ## No, it just means it has been manufactured by a different pharmaceutical company. turguoise oval tablet 3 22 one side, RDY on other side is different than the lt. blue round pills with 9 3 and 72 56 on them from different pharmacy. oval pills causing lethargy, both were supposed to be generic for amaryl. could 4mg dosage be wrong? ## No, the 4mg dose is not incorrect. Both are 4mg Glimepiride. Not all generics always release the medication exactly the same. Perhaps your system just cant handle the one form. I would talk to the pharmacist or go to a pharmacy that carries the generic that works best with your system.

Doctor told me to take glim 1mg just after meal but I took after 4 hours once I checked my blood sugar level was 277 in the night at around 12 O'clock. This morning I found that my sugar level low and just then I took sugar cubes and soda drink to get myself normal. Please advise what is gone wrong with me after I took glim 1mg.
