Is it safe for me to take daily , my doctor wants me to take it for 4 months ## In my opinion 50,000 a day (from dietary supplements) is way too much. My girlfriend was diagnosed with Vitamin D deficiency also as she lives in rainy Portland, Oregon. Her doctor suggested 50,000 IU per "week" for a certain number of weeks in order to reverse her deficiency. I know everyone is different, but 50,000 a day seems like a long shot from supplements alone and should probably be tapered down to a normal dose range after the 4 month period is up so it doesn't become toxic in your system (as Vitamin D2 is synthetic). Trying to find list of ingredients and amounts in Stovite One multivitamin. It used to be readily available but now appears to be a "secret" for whatever reason.
