Hi I've been on Methadone for about 7 months and am completely over it. I have weaned down from 65mgs to 30mgs without too much hassle. I've now been told I can switch to Suboxone but isn't it just changing from one to another, so what's the point? I'm so over taking this crap. I've gone from a size 6 to a size 12 during this time and hate it. I hate everything about it, it's just horrible. It started after a Doctor had put me on Endone for headaches, without telling me they were extremely addictive. I was happy to cold turkey off Endone but got convinced to go on Methadone, which is obviously the worst option ever. Is Suboxone easier to get off? What should I do? I need some advice. Hi, I'm Alex, I live in Spain and I have tdah. It turns out that I have tried all the treatments that exist here in Spain for ADHD and the one that has come closest to treating my symptoms has been lisdexanphetamine in a dose of 70mg + 70mg that is twice the maximum dose. I have researched that in the United States and Canada they use pharmaceutical methamphetamine as a medicine and it is very effective, but here in Spain they do not sell it. My question is this: If I go to Canada or the United States as a tourist, could I be prescribed this by a doctor? The other question is if I can be prescribed it, could I bring the medicine on the plane without having problems with customs? Is Xanax an easier drug to use than Klonopin. Klonopin doesn't seem to help much with my anxiety. I'm in agony! I can't keep taking adderall and methadone, it's starting to make me feel irritated. I hate having to be on something. I just want to feel normal again without relying on pills. I ,due to a severe injury,was on methadone for 8 yrs and got off that crap and on suboxone at the advice of a friend. I now am at 2 mgs of suboxone daily. My pain issues are mild to none and I want off subs .I went to my doctor who claims he has Much experience with this and has proven that to me...but his method is scaring me and from what I read online I am very hesitant. How many mgs of Risperdal Consta are released daily from the 2 week shot of 12.5? Additionally my son had an awful reaction to Invega when it first came out. So far so good on the Risperdal Consta. Been on 1 mg of klonopin twice a day. Then went to 1 mg twice a day. Then .05 1 one daily stated having with draws doctor added 10 paxil is that OK ## Is it ok, not really? How long have you been in the process of tapering? Doctors will tell you they are addictive then yank them from you. I was given two bottles of this, told is was much easier to withdraw from than Xanax. Then I found out that wasn't true. If the pain gets worse go to the E.R. ## Hello, Mary! How are you? The reason the doctor added the Paxil was most likely to help mitigate the withdrawals. It is an SSRI antidepressant that can help with anxiety and other symptoms that often accompany withdrawals. In addition, there seems to be a current shortage of Oxycodone, due to manufacturers having hit their yearly production limits, so many places are having trouble getting it in stock. Hello Everyone. I moved to Trenton, NJ from San Francisco. My doctor there helped me with Methadone and morphine. I am looking for a doctor in New Jersey, or close by, maybe new york or phily who prescribes methadone for pain. I have taken methadone in SF for over a year, and I have bottles and I am sure my doctor there can send my new doctor my medical records, but I am not sure whom to contact. Most doctors here say they do not prescribe medication for pain. I am probably calling the wrong doctors. I really do hate to take meds but I have been cursed with ADD, severe depression and anxiety. Are there any patches for Adderall, Paxil or Xanax? ## I'm sorry, but as far as I'm aware, there are not patches available for any of these medications. Do you have a problem swallowing medications? The FDA warns that Xanax and Adderall carry the risk of being habit forming and may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache, irritability, and anorexia. Have you spoken to your doctor? They might be able to prescribe some of them in capsule form, so you can mix it in something else to make them easier to swallow. ## I looked up these three medications and they all seem to come in a liquid form as well!

I am a hospice nurse. We administer clear liquid morphine to our patients and teach the family how to administer it. Many are having trouble seeing how much they are pulling up in the syringe. Is is appropriate to add a very tiny minuscule amount of blue food coloring so that the patients can see the liquid and be safe? Please help. Thanks ## Hello, Pamela! How are you? I have been on methadone for 9 months... I was up to 80 mg but have managed to get down to 20 mg over the past 5 months or so. I am wanting to get off it all together but I am so scared because I don't want to feel miserable from the wd. Since I have been on it less than a year, will the wd still be horrible? I recently was on about five months of 20mg of Mehadone to help me get off a serious eight year percocet habit. I tapered down to five mgs..and have stopped for two weeks totally.
