This all came on so suddenly and now Im ruined for life and cant get an attorney to take my case even though the symptoms of neurontin that I have are stated in the side effects of neurontin by the company that makes it. The side effects are stated under the companys side effects. I also have constant dizziness. The Dr did brain surgery to cut the balance nerve in my brain that is connected to my inner ear to try to get the balance back but it did not work. It says that all my symptoms are the side effects of neurontin. The side effects I have are listed under special sensesi...

Is two (2) teva amoxicillin pills every 8 hours (3000 mgs/day) for acute otitis media (ear infection) considered an overly strong dose ? ## Hello, Peggy! How are you? That is a high dose, but it really depends on how severe your infection is, your doctor can adjust as needed if it is a very severe infection. looking for a drug that reduse the pressure in inner\ear or anything you know ## The medication or treatment used will depend on what condition is causing the pressure in the inner ear. If its from an infection, your doctor will want to prescribe an appropriate antibiotic. If it is just due to too much wax in the ear, they can flush the ear and clean it out. Have you visited your doctor yet, to get to the root of the problem?

I went to a clinic this past wednesday & had a massive ball of wax removed from my right ear & the pain in my right ear has subsided. Now my left ear feels like its full, clogged & hurts on & off since wednesday but 2 doctors in that clinic assured me there's no wax in my left ear BUT that my left middle inner ear has "supposed" fluid in it that needs to dry OUT. So I was prescribed amoxicillin 2x a day for 10 days & prednisone 40mg a day for 4 days ((to dry out my left ear, which steroid makes no sense to dry my ear out anyway??)). Well amoxicillin I am fine with but the prednisone left me with the worst acid reflux (since I'm an acid reflux sufferer), awful hives from head to toe, & was shaking horrificly like a leaf because I took prednisone fo...

I got my ears pierced 3 months ago with medical grade plastic system due to metal allergies then my left ear began to get irritated, bleed, pus and lost of pain & very dark on back side of ear. I got antibiotics but then my entire ear began to burn, itch and pain to touch & I couldn't touch or move my earlobe without it seeming to activate this weird filling of fullness inside my ear canal. My entire ear and lope was extremely swollen & two doc's confirmed major swelling on the inside of my ear. I used antibiotic ear drops but not much help. I am thinking the antibiotics helped with the possible earlobe infection cause that is tremendously better with the exception of just not being able to move it much for fear of the inner part of the canal getting that weird feeli...

This medication is most commonly used to treat inner ear infections and the pain they can cause. The U.S. FDA lists the typical side effects as possibly including dizziness, itching, redness of the ear, ear drainage and a feeling of ear blockage/congestion. Hi - I was diagnosed with an inner ear bacterial infection, that I'm treating with Polymyxin B (with Sulfate) - no other antibiotic in the ear drops. I'm on my 3rd day of treatment and feeling better but still have some itching and noticing signs of constipation. Is this normal? How long should I use these drops? ## You should follow the prescribing instructions regarding the duration of use. The itching and constipation can be side effects that some people experience from using it, according to FDA reports. You may also experience ear redness, irritation, and drainage. The sulfate is not an additional ingredient, it just specifies the precise chemical salt the medication has been derived from. How are you doing, now? Has there been any change?

Can Nitrofur Marc 100 Mg be used to treat a inner ear infection or even Vertigo? If not what would you take for Vertigo? ## Nitrofurantoin is an antibiotic that's most commonly used to treat UTIs, it is not generally effective at treating the bacteria that cause ear infections. Learn more Nitrofurantoin details here. As to vertigo, it depends on what is causing that to occur. If it's due to an ear infection, then the ear infection will need to be properly treated for the vertigo to be resolved. Have you consulted your doctor?

I am prescribed Prednizone to treat dizziness - possibly an inner ear infection. I can not take copazine, if I take meclizine, will it have the same results, very aler. to comazine ## Close. I had an inner ear infection once that made the whole room seem like it was spinning for 3 days. I could barely get out of bed I was so dizzy, but I was so dizzy I was vomiting every few minutes.. The Mec cleared it up... along with some antibiotics. I've used it for flight sickness before too. I don't suffer from car motion sickness. ## Did you mean Compazine, which contains the active ingredient Prochlorperazine? It is an antipsychotic, that is used to treat various types of mental health issues. However, Meclizine is an antihistamine that is most commonly used to treat nausea, and vomiting. The FDA lists its typical side effects as possibly including nausea, dizziness...

My doctor prescribed these small tablets for me when I had a balance problem. I had to hold onto furniture when I got out of bed. Everything around you spins. It apparently has something to do with an inner ear infection. ## Hello Nico, I was unable to find any medication under the name of nitil. This could be either from a typo or it's just a new drug with very little information on it. What I do know is that our ears maintain our equilibrium. The vestibular system works in conjunction with our sight in order to give us a sense of balance and positioning with reference to other objects. Often when people have an ear infection or other ear related problems that affect the vestibular system we experience dizziness and vertigo, sometimes to the point of being completely uncapable of m...
