Ic Levothyroxine

HI, I'm taking amitriptyline for interstitial cystitis and have recently been diagnised with under active thyroid so am on Levothyroxine 50mg per night. My bladder is really playing up and I'm wondering if these tablets don't work well together? Has anyone experienced this. I don't know whether I've an infection or just need to increase my amitriptyline because its a flare up. Help please! ## The only interaction listed is that the Levothyroxine can actually make the Amitriptyline work better and some doctors have used it, therapeutically, to do so. I have been on carvedilol 12.5 mg twice a day for about 2 months and am wondering if it might be the cause of what i would describe as mild to major panic attacks as soon as i wake up. They are scary. I am filled with a sense of doom. I am tired but get up ,drink some coffee and toast and start moving. This helps. I am also being treated with wellbutrin for depression (low dose as well as lorazepam. This all scares me and i need help figuring what is triggering these attacks. I recently had a ICD biventricular pace maker put in because of CHF which was diagnosed some 6 months ago.
