I have a large, very painful hemangioma on my S1. I have been given hydrocodone-acetaminophen 10-325,ibuphrophen 800 mg, gabapentin, 300 mg and Tizanidine 4 mg which helps. Over the weekend, I have run out of Tizanidine and am in a lot of pain, also the sciatica is the worst. After I started taking this pill my left leg started having massive sharp pains and it got worse every day. I was in so much pain, I was in bed all day and night for a week and a half till I stopped taking them. Four days after taking I stopped it's slowly going away. Yes im just wondering if Ibuprofen will do much good for my arthritis in my legs. My knees swell a lot an it hurts bad. My doctor recommended Tylenol 3 with codeen which im highly allergic to. The amount in most over the counter tablets, such as Advil or Motrin is 200mg and people can take 2 of them at a time, if needed, for pain. 400 mgm tab 180 ## You can find ibuprofen 400 mg tabs for around $40 dollars for 200 of them. I don't know if it will be the generic or possibly Motrin. But it's best to check at your local Walgreens, CVS, or other drug store. I'm pretty certain even stores like Walmart sell Ibuprofen for cheap.
