What is it? ## Clara, I am sorry, there is no possible way to identify it if there are no markings on it. All U.S. precription drugs, by law, must have unique imprints to allow for their identification, so it could be something over the counter, or a foreign drug. ## How many Milligram is a Ibuprofen pill with the number 18 on one side of it?

Possibly from Mexico. I was told it is ibuprofen 800 mg, but it makes me dizzy. No imprint, just a score line on one side. ## I'm sorry, but if there is no imprint, then it is going to be very difficult to determine exactly what this tablet contains. It can be ruled out as a U.S. prescription drug, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, but yes, it could be a foreign medication and, in that case, it makes it even harder to determine what it may be. Taking 800 mg plus two flexerill is that dangerous? ## Did you mean to say 44 291? I haven't found any pills that match 44 29, but "44 291" happens to be a round brown pill as well; that is identified as Ibuprofen 200 mg. In any case, Flexeril (Cyclobenzaprine Hcl) does not list any drug interactions with Ibuprofen, so you shouldn't have any problems taking the two together; unless your doctor tells you otherwise for some reason or another. Founf a white oval pill on the floor of my car (just bought it used) it is not scored on either side & is imprinted with I8 on one side. It is slightly thicker & longer than the vicoden I am prescribed. white oblong shape pain medicine it is a pill ## The imprint on this is actually 8I, it is made by Dr. Reddy's Labs and DOES NOT contain Hydrocodone or any type of narcotic.
