Another related discussion thread on this site also implies an 800 mg Motrin (which contains Ibuprofen as the active ingredient). The manufacturer is reportedly Amneal. I have a large, very painful hemangioma on my S1. I have been given hydrocodone-acetaminophen 10-325,ibuphrophen 800 mg, gabapentin, 300 mg and Tizanidine 4 mg which helps. Over the weekend, I have run out of Tizanidine and am in a lot of pain, also the sciatica is the worst. I was PAINFULLY curious as to the effectiveness tramadol has for moderate/severe toothaches. Usually 800-1000 mg(4 or 5)of ibuprofen alleviate my toothaches, but my friend gave me 6 50mg. tramadols suggesting they might help. My boyfriend is convinced that he is having a reaction to Etodolac. He states that after taking one pill he became achy, flu like. Every joint seems to hurt and he is even complaining that his skin hurts. He is also taking 800 mg of Skelaxin and Nexnium. Prior to the Etodolac he was taking 800 mgs of Ibuprofen 4 x daily.
