I 9 Imprint On Oblong Tablet

I found a pill that has p 500 on one side and blank on the other. It's oblong. I cannot find out what it is. I found it in my kids room!! ## Hi Manda, From what I could gather, a white oblong/capsule-shaped pill marked with P 500, reportedly contains 500mgs of Ciprofloxacin HCL. what pill is this? Is it Methenamine Hippur? 1 gram? ## No, the Hiprex tablet that contains Methenamine is yellow, oblong and has the marking MERRELL 277 on on side. Where was this obtained? Did it come from a pharmacy? I can't find anything that matches this in the U.S. prescription drug databases.

My guess its OTC but would like to know for sure what it is. ## Yes, if it has no markings, then it can be ruled out as being a U.S. prescription tablet, because they are all required to have unique imprints to enable their identification in case of emergency. However, that does leave the possibilities wide open among over the counter products. Where did you find it? Some of them are regional, so knowing the general location may help to narrow it down. found a shiny medium colored blue large squishy oblong pill with no imprint. When I poked it open there was a light tan colored oil substance. I'm curious to know what it is. ## With no imprint, it is going to be difficult to narrow down what this contains. We can rule it out as being a U.S. prescription medication, since they are all required to have imprints to enable their identification, in case of emergency. This is an oblong (oval), white tablet with the imprint L 484 on it. Somebody told me it is a pain killer but I don't know exactly what kind it is.
